I cant get to an obgyn for a few days. i thought i had a yeast infection could this be something else? thick white discharge which is now less liquidy,dry scaley skin on the labia,extreme pain when urinating,& noticed red spots inside inner labia?

This sounds most like a yeast infection, but herpes might be possible. Get to your ObG or an urgent care clinic as soon as possible. Good luck.

Not possible to diagnose without exam. Till you see your doc- keep area clean and apply antibiotic ointment. Hope you feel better
