My daughter 4 yrs old had what we thought was a yeast infection mid to end of december(itchy red vulva/vag with discharge on vulva only.looked like dried skin) took away scent soap & everything. 1.5-2 weeks later symptoms are back. what is this?

This is not a normal problem for a four year old and she should be evaluated by her pediatrician. You should always be cautious with self-diagnosis and treatment and failure to resolve/improve is always an indication to seek further evaluation.
