I was diagnosed with bv and yeast infection but im almost done with prescription and there still is redness in between folds of labia majora and labia minora and further down in between thighs like my skin is still irritated this seems comes an goes?

Some ideas: You can kill all the yeast involved & still require time before normal coloration returns. If the skis surface is smooth in those areas it may just take a while to appear normal. If the area feels rough the skin can be either still injured on the surface or still have yeast. It will not hurt to give it more time, which can be weeks before the area looks natural.
