Technically, HIV could be transmitted with this activity if the semen has the HIV virus contained in it and this is deposited in the vaginal wall or any other mucous membrane. After such activity, if the HIV status of the semen is unknown, HIV testing should be pursued. If the semen is known to be HIV negative, then there would not be this transmission risk. Good luck!
