An apple one lead electrocardiogram with a reading of all spikes under the line and none above is bad? hr 89?

You can't hang your hat on the electrical axis of only one lead but if it's like limb lead 1 of a conventional EKG, all negative spikes would reflect marked rightward electrical axis which can be seen in young people. If you have concerns, have your MD send you for a conventional 12 lead resting EKG. A resting heart rate of 89 is somewhat rapid but within normal limits.
