I get an extremely nervous feeling in my stomach & my heart seems to jump about. i took ecg on my apple watch but just says no atrial fibrillation but the readings are very messy, lots of uneven gaps & very close squiggles. could it be vagus related?

Impossible to interpret meaning of "messy","uneven gaps", "squiggles". Show your doctor; if any doubt, s/he might refer you to a cardiologist.
