That heart rate is fine. You don't need to do anything about it, unless you experience dizziness, lightheadedness, or shortness of breath.

Agree with the previously MD answer, but also add: Especially if you’ve been seen by your doctor and had a normal EKG. There are other conditions that can cause a low heart rate, such as eating disorders…I would also trust an EKG more than the watch.
