U/s:there is a subtle hypoechoic mass measuring 6 mm in the left breast upper outer quadrant. the finding is best seen on radial images. no vascular flow. nothing shows on mammo or addtl mammo pics. if cancer what is likelihood of it being early?

Hello Doc, i have breast lumps and ultrasound was performed last day. And the results is: solid hypoechoic mass with irregular borders is seen in inner quadrant measuring 3.4 x 3.6 x 2.4 cm. Is this cancerous doc?
