Hello doc, i have breast lumps and ultrasound was performed last day. and the results is: solid hypoechoic mass with irregular borders is seen in inner quadrant measuring 3.4 x 3.6 x 2.4 cm. is this cancerous doc?

An ultrasound that identifies a mass is typically followed up with a mammogram for more info. Based on its size and characteristics, you should consult a surgeon for a fine needle biopsy

I had a mammogram n they found lumps then i had an ultrasound of my breasts n only found mass tissue that wasn't cancerous can tje mass tissue turn int?
Male breast lump doc said that it was lymph node bit its been there for a while and is hard he said don't worry and come back in 2 months if still there should I go back and ask for ultrasound or can this happen and be normal im worried about cancer?
