A member asked:

I have extreme sleep deprivation of years due environmental problems and raising a child. my symptoms from lack of sleep are severe fatigue and affect my daily life. how can i recover from it? is any way i can get rid of such a long sleep debt?

You have provided very vague information; and you should make time to sleep because it is important for a healthy brain. It is possible to recover; you know what is in your environment that limits your sleep that you could modulate and work around the one you are unable to; however child raising is not an excuse not to get adequate rest.
