Xavier eats and soon hes half way done he has to go to the bathroom hes doesnt have diarrhea but if soft and he has a fever but he had a ear infection got amoxicillin and was fine but the fever returned after medication was gone?

You should get in touch with his doctor and have him seen again. A fever that returns after the antibiotic is gone is concerning-is the ear infection still present or is it due to something else? He may need to see a GI doctor about his bowel habits to be sure there is nothing wrong. Good luck!
