Give it all: Treatment times were developed by taking repeated samples of pus from infected ears & seeing how long it took to kill the germ. The duration of treatment depends on the medication.Stopping after the fever subsides can leave a few germs behind that re-start the infection & may lead to abx resistance.Give it all or expect pbs.
