If "lesion" means sores of some sort, group B strep doesn't do that. Normally it causes no symptoms, but can cause urinary tract infection and is dangerous to the baby if present during vaginal delivery. The main cause of genital sores is herpes, for which antibiotics make no difference. I hope you were tested for HSV. Good luck.
