I have a uti from group b strep. i was treated with cipro and it didn't work. i just started taking keflex. is keflex a good antibiotic for group b strep uti?

Yes. Undoubtably: your health care provider collected a sample of the infected urine and has screened it to find out which antibiotic the bacteria is susceptible to. This would be the proper antibiotic to take.
