About six weeks ago i injured my knee. my meniscus was repaired in 2012. i believe i am suffering from a meniscus and mcl tear. will a doctor suggest physical therapy or surgery?

It somewhat depends on the knee MRI's findings. Unless the damages are severe; otherwise, physical therapy is most often first recommended. Good luck.

Regarding my knee injury. After observing the MRI scan, doctors said my ACL has partially Torn, PCL completely torn and meniscus injured. So does it required surgery or can heal by time. I don't want to go for a surgery, is that possible?
My Knee got twisted. MRI says "patchy tear at posterior horn of medial meniscus, shape and contour preserved. Grade II chondromalacia of patella. Grade II MCL". As per doc, I'm resting now. could someone explain more on this? anything to be worried?
