I think there might be a word missing-it should probably say normal adrenal, no thickening, nodule or mass. You should call the radiologist who read it and get this revised and corrected. Without the word no, the reading doesn’t make sense since the word normal would be incorrect. So, call the radiologist to get the report revised and corrected. Good luck!
