5.7cc adrenal mass on u/s, ct scan normal. hypertension (180/110), deranged aldosterone &renin, fatigue, dizziness, headaches. do ct scans missthings?

No: Ultrasounds are dependent on the operator, and a skilled sonographer can provide information as good as a CT scan. A CT scan can be misread, but the information will be there. You just need a second opinion on the same CT, especially if it is of the Abdomen and done in adrenal protocol. What you are describing is a functioning adrenal tumor. As such, if confirmed by CT, needs surgical attention
