If you think you can't deliver enough force to compress an adult chest wall down to 2" due to pain and weakness then you should stop doing it because you're not hurting yourself but you may incite risk to the victim due to ineffective CPR. If you are working in healthcare setting then your employer should be aware of this limitation and give you an exempt. Good luck.
