I have terrible side effects to blood pressure& beta blocker meds i take hydrochlorothiazide 25mg and propranolol 20mg x2 a day i feel terrible on them but the beta blocker always causes stomach irritation and therefore lack of appetite why just me?

Your current antihypertensive regimen is not a preferred one. Other than that, you also have propranolol's side effect so your drug regimen needs to be reassessed. If needed, please get a second opinion or to see an expert in hypertension such as a cardiologist or a nephrologist. Good luck.
