When baby sucks breast there is a sensation in breast and baby feeds rapidly.is that the total milk in breast ejecting?

Total milk in the breast is not ejecting. The sensation may be because of muscular contraction around the ducts but it is not possible for complete emptying of the breast of the milk present.
