My heart has been stinging and feels delicate to the point where i can't sleep. also been mildy shaking, out of touch with reality, confused and not being able to think. blood tests came back fine so did ct on the brain. i don't know what this is?

This does't sound like a heart or circulatory problem but neurological or psychological. Having recommended head CT, your doctor(s) probably agree. Keep working with them. Good luck to you.
