Many reasons: There are many reasons for being dizzy. The neck is one of those causes. If you are physically active then an injury to the vertebral artery or the carotid artery could present in this fashion. Ear trouble also could cause these symptoms. Everyone forgets about the sinuses such as sphenoid sinusitis. Blood pressure variation all are possibly. Best to talk to your doctor
