Hmmm...: Well, i doubt we'll be able to do this in 400 characters, but the lightheadedness is often broken down into several categories. If it's fainting or near-fainting spells, that's called syncope or near-syncope and we usually check with a cardiologist about that. If it's like the sensation you get when you stand up too fast, it may be low blood pressure, especially if you're on meds.
