Does every beat feel stronger or just some beats? This can be a form of palpitation, when one beat feels stronger than another. To determine if there is an issue, a cardiac (Holter) monitor can be applied to see if there is any arrhythmia to account for the sensation. A cardiologist could evaluate you and determine if a cardiac monitor would be helpful. Good luck!
