Why do i keep feeling my heart beat in my lower lip? i have had a cold for about a week and the last couple days, every minute or two i feel a heartbeat pulse in my lower lip. the beat also feels strangely harder than normal, but pulse is normal rate?

You're feeling the pulse in your labial artery. It's normal. Google "labial artery" to see why it's easy to feel your pulse there.
