How long should it take for latuda to affect the body after your dose if you've already been on it for years? does it affect you differently night or day? does it matter if you over eat before your dose? other than grapefruit, what foods to avoid?

The affect does not change with the time you are taking it. It should be taken with food Grapefruit in any form is contraindicated. Pl follw the directions given by your doc.
