Pre plan: It's always best to ask your doctor that question ahead of time... What do I do if I miss a dose? Unfortunately at night it's not practical to call them usually. With that type of medication it is generally best to skip a very late dose as your next dose will overlap with it and could cause increased risk of side effects. While you can try to call your physician or ER, lean toward skipping.

Should be ok: to take Latuda (lurasidone) 20 mg pill at midnight. But please review what to do with prescribing doctor. If you've missed the pill for almost 24 hr, hold off and start back again on schedule the next day, don't double up. You can also check with pharmacist - for safety reasons - if pharmacy is open 24/7. I hope this helps. Take care.

Either one: Latuda (lurasidone) requires ingestion with a meal because it is otherwise poorly absorbed. So if you take it later, it won't be well absorbed, though it is unlikely to be harmful.
