If this is true you do not take that medication. There are many medications different in structure that are used for similar problems. Worsening of symptoms is a side effect of several. You work with your treating physician to fine the best med for you that does not cause these side effects.

This medication is not right for you. Please consult a Psychiatrist. If not comfortable with your Dr. see another for a second opinion & have a physical exam to rule out illness. Medications help but may not be enough, they do not teach you coping mechanisms. Psychotherapy with a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy can help your medications to work better.
