Insuff data: Bisoprolol a very powerful B-Blocker. 5mgs as strong as 150mgs of Metoprolol Succinate or 50mgs ot Atenolol. Small doses of B-Blocker help in Sinus Tachycardia, but UR arrhythmia may be SVT, a different mechanism. U must see a cardiologist & get a Holter monitor. U may need to see an EP Cardiologist. Bisoprolol a BP med too, Is UR BP so low that U R activating outpour of adrenalin? See card ASAP
