I was picking my 3 week old up out of his bed and accidentally hit his head on the sound machine thats connected to the side. im not sure if i hit his soft spot or not and he never cried and ate right after and is now sleeping but im nervous?

Have you noticed a bruise or swelling over the scalp? I doubt any serious injury to infant's head. In case infant develops unusual irritability, drowsiness, or vomiting, he needs medical attention.
