For about 4 days now, when i go to bed, i hear a distinct clicking sound in my right ear. i have to turn my head or sleep on my right side to not hear it. at times it even wakes me up. the clock is like i'm sleeping next to a watch.

Eustachian tube : Eustachian tube dysfunction can cause for clicking. This can be from fluid or sometimes there can be muscle spasm at the top of the palate that can cause this.
