One night insomnia will not affect your surgery,. Keep yourself occupied. If you still can not sleep see your MD gor help.

Your nervousness and lack of sleep will not affect the installation of intracorneal rings. You should still talk to your surgeon so that he/she is at least aware of your feelings.
