Head trauma : Too much information missing such as a description of the fall but what is most important is the child is not acting right and should be seen right away.

Depends: It is relatively common for young kids to have intermittent headaches after head trauma and it is okay for them to sleep. You have had her evaluated in the ER and I assume they did an exam and reviewed the type of fall. If you think something has changed, she has had recurrent vomiting or a personality change, go back.
