When i take ritilan my heart rate goes up to 120 for a couple hours. it brings on more anxiety then i had before as well. i am taking 54mg ritilan. i am 24 years old. i am not the healthiest but not obese 185cm 90kg?

You should be in touch with the doctor who prescribed the Ritalin to see if there is something else that can be prescribed as this is a side effect that you are not tolerating well. There are likely other meds to treat whatever you are using the Ritalin to treat. Good luck!
