I am a heart patient of 64 years old with 4 stents. i took zithromax for 3 days; the last dose was last saturday morning. still, i feel short breathing and fatigued. please advise how long will take to have the zithromax out of the system?

Strongly urge you to contact your doctor immediately, as it would be quite unusual for Zithromax to account for your symptoms. If this worsens, head to a nearby ER or Urgent Care Center.
