Get help if persists: Most common thing are premature beats. Tend to occur more at rest. Usually not dangerous. Things like allergy meds, lack of sleep, alcohol, low potassium and low magnesium can bring out. If happens with exercise seek a doctor opinion. If keep lasting or get worse, seek doctor opinion-more than 48 hours.
