Cold-like symptoms for 2 months: w/cough, chest & throat & some back pain. fatigue too. getting better. still some pain; breathing better now. x-ray few weeks ago showed things normal; heart is good. will this person be ok? go 2 doc again? explain?

Mgt.: There may have been an initial pneumonia, was the patient treated with medications? If he/she is still symptomatic, I would suggest a culture(s) of airway secretions and close follow up. Monitor for fever, and please see a Pulmonologist. A copy of the Radiograph may be uploaded with more details provided during a virtual consultation.
