65 year old male heart patient with previous heart attack 2 months ago with successful stenting of lad. taking bisoprolol, ticagrelor and apixaban to treat a small lvt. recently found gall stones in gallbladder with ultrasound. can i do ercp?

It is not advisable to discontinue your anticoagulants because of the recent stent placement and,I assume a recent dvt. It's an easy decision to wait 4 more months before stopping ticagrelor if the gallstones aren't causing symptoms. Apixaban may be stopped sooner at your physicians discretion. However needing an ERCP suggests there are problems. Collaboration between GI&cardiology required.
