I heard that the nodule thyroid biopsy could cause dangerous side affects like airway issues internal bleeding , hematoma , death other dangerous problems is this worth doing cause i feel like this is the neck anything could go wrong ?

The complications you mention are an extremely remote possibility. Most expert surgeons are adept at it with very minimal side effects if any. In medicine there is no sure-fire guarantees- like anything life there are risks- we proceed weighing them and doing the best minimizing or avoiding altogether. Good luck
