You are nervous: about your procedure. Follow the advise of your doctors , FNS or fine needle aspiration is done as simple out patient procedure , needle aspirants then will be analyzed for cancer cells. If you have 3 nodules most likely is a benign multi nodular goiter , and wait for the good report , then your symptoms will disappear
