Covid could be the cause of an enlarged lymph node, if that is what is causing your symptoms. If this continues, you should see your doctor to have this evaluated. You may need to see GI for the swallowing difficulty. If the lymph node is enlarged from Covid, this should gradually decrease in size. Good luck!

A recent, isolated nodule in the neck, especially if it's more in the front of the neck, isn't typical of an enlarged lymph node.but could be thyroid related. I'm reluctant to consider this new lump as an aftermath of a covid infection in March. In view of this & with persistent discomfort in your throat, I recommend an evaluation by an ENT specialist.
