There is solitary small thyroid nodule located in the posterior aspect of right lobe. the nodule is mildly hypoechoic, rounded 9mm x 8mm shows marked peripheral and internal vascularity. should i insist for biopsy?

You asked this question several weeks ago. The nodule characteristics are equivocal so I would not insist on fine needle biopsy at this time and I would advise a repeat US in 3 months.
