5 years ago had a hypertensive crisis that left me with pain that comes and goes from peripheral neuralgia in ribs and left arm and digestive issues. i still have those symptoms now. is my condition going to worsen with time?

Hypertensive crisis generally does not cause the symptoms you describe. What you need is a good exam by your doc to first diagnose the causes/ cause of these symptoms and once that is done and treated you should be OK. Good luck
