Need exam: I would recommend that exam be done in a hospital. I wouldn't delay, especially if you smoke, have a family history of heart disease, are overweight... Consider chewing two aspirins now and go get cleared. Better safe and wrong than sorry. I don't get the overwhelming impression it is your heart. But no way to be sure. Go by ambulance best. And tell someone near you.
