Compression : If you have the 3-5 fingers paralyzed the condition is called the ulnar neuropathy. The most common reason is a compression at the elbow or just belie elbow. Neurosurgical consultation is required.

Doc Now: Could be a severe radiculopathy from the cervical spine with nerve impingement. You need a full work up including a neck MRI to look for causative pathology. See doc now!
