Chest : Chest pain is nothing to be trifled with. It could easily be a heart attack. Please call 911 or go to the emergency room. Better to be safe...

It varies: There are many causes of chest pain, of which heart attack is just one. Serious causes of chest pain include heart attack, torn aorta, torn esophagus, collapsed lung, blood clot in the lung and pericarditis. If you still have chest pain, further testing may help to find the cause.
