My blood sugar fluctuates a lot but i dont have diabetes. it was at 76, then i ate and it went to 129 then it randomly dropped to 103 and then went up to 124. sometimes it also drops right after i eat?

Blood sugar will fluctuate hour to hour based on what and when you eat. Not quite sure what your question is.
