Low glycemic diet: A diet low in simple sugars can still be helpful in non-diabetics. I'm not sure exactly how much simple sugar you *can* eat, but how much you *should* eat is very little. A diet low in simple sugars tends to be very healthy. Eat plenty of vegetables and minimize sugary snacks.
