I eat sweets 1-2 times weekly and my blood sugar is kinda low every morning, from 65 to 75. i don't feel any major change. what to do? i don't suffer from diabetes. it's just that my body is acting up?

Your blood sugar is in the normal range.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
