Feel like my thyroid nodule has dropped lower down in throat , constantly feeling it when i swallow.also food getting stuck etc rice and small bits.. if fna is benign what can i have to shrink it please? as its wider than tall so most likely benign?

If the enlarged thyroid nodule is the reason for dysphagia then surgery indicated. However, I am not quite sure if that is the case. You should see a GI doctor for dysphagia first then appropriate tests will be done for confirming the diagnosis. Good luck.
